Autumn Leaves

Being in the woods fills my soul.  The quiet beauty of the trails can bring me peace and spark my creative juices.  This is especially true in the fall when colors are exploding through the trees.  This painting combines photographs of trees, a monoprint made with fallen leaves, and encaustic paint.
